Whether you're chasing a new PR or just proving to yourself that you can, the FitGames are your moment to rise. It's not just a workout—it's a battle with the limits you thought you had.
A one-day fitness event for athletes of all levels. Compete in a structured WOD, earn your score, and push your limits in a high-energy, coach-supported environment.
Former athletes craving that fire again
Everyday gym-goers ready to test their progress
First-timers ready to step out of their comfort zone
Anyone with something to prove—to themselves
It’s just 9 minutes…
Of lifting, leaping, and a cursed parking lot stroll.
Every rep brings you closer to the grave—or glory.
Score if you survive. Rest if you don’t.
This one starts with 50 soul-snatching snatches.
Then 50 crunches straight from the crypt.
And just when you think you're free...
☠️ The SKI ERG takes your soul meter by meter.
How far can your ghost travel in 8 minutes?
It starts as a friendly little partner AMRAP.
Then the legs go. Then the lungs.
You squat. You step. You suffer.
Then you rest… and watch your partner descend into the same pit.
🕯️ 10 minutes.
🔁 Alternate rounds.
🧟♂️ Return to the bar when it’s your turn to rise again.
Score every rep. Or get buried trying.
10 minutes.
Three brutal stations. One partner working. One watching.
But don’t get comfortable—your time comes fast.
🪓 10 Hex Bar Deadlifts
🔥 20 Kettlebell Swings
🚨 Tank push down and back
When your partner finishes, the judge yells “GO”…
And it’s your turn to suffer.
1 point per station. Push hard. Rest never.
Don’t wait until the last minute. Give yourself plenty of time to train, prepare, and conquer.
Find what scares you, then lift it.
