Our small-group training sessions, limited to just 8 athletes, ensure personalized, detail-focused coaching that promotes advanced athletic development.

Each athlete also receives monthly one-on-one nutrition coaching with a certified nutritionist. These customized sessions are designed to educate, empower, and inspire athletes to fuel their bodies for maximum growth and peak performance.

Generally, we follow these guidelines for our programming but may suggest a class better suited for the athlete.

·      EDGE 101: 7th & 8th Grade
·      EDGE Performance Training: High School

Edge Performance Training strives to build comradery and community within our groups. So, we ask that athletes stick to the same class schedule.
