Edge Performance Training develops serious athletes by enhancing strength, speed, and agility through four key pillars of athletic performance: change of direction, speed, explosiveness, and nutrition. Our small-group training (limited to 8 athletes) ensures a 4:1 athlete-to-instructor ratio, allowing for focused coaching. Plus, athletes receive a monthly one-on-one nutrition session with a certified nutritionist to fuel their performance.
