EDGE Performance Training is dedicated to developing athletes by enhancing strength, speed, and agility through four key pillars of athletic performance:
  • Change of Direction
  • Linear Speed
  • Explosive Jumping
  • Nutritional Coaching

    Our small-group training sessions are limited to 10 athletes, ensuring personalized, detail-focused coaching that promotes advanced athletic development.

    Each athlete will receive monthly one-on-one nutrition coaching with a certified nutritionist Coach. These customized sessions are designed to educate and empower athletes to fuel their bodies for maximum growth and peak performance.

⭐ Coaches determine the best class fit for the athletes. ⭐
Generally, we follow these guidelines for our programming but may suggest a class better suited for the athlete.
·      FORCE: 4th-6th Grade
·      EDGE 101: 7th & 8th Grade
·      EDGE Performance Training: High School

Edge Performance Training strives to build comradery and community within our groups. So, we ask that athletes stick to the same class schedule.
