How It Works

Team Challenge Format
Teams of 2–4 compete in three scoring categories:

  1. Body Composition (60%) – Points for positive changes in lean body mass and body fat percentage. 1 point per % change. No penalty for LBM loss, but points lost for fat gain.
  2. MEPS (10%) – Team total MyZone Effort Points over 12 weeks. 14,000 MEP cap per person.
  3. Nutrition & Accountability (30%) – Track nutrition through the FitClub App and complete weekly team accountability tasks.

Okay, but how do I score points for my team?

Body Composition (60%)

  • Measured by InBody scan at start and finish

  • 1 point for each % LBM gained and % fat lost

  • No penalty for losing lean mass, but fat gain subtracts points

MEPS (10%)

  • 14,000 MyZone Effort Points max per person

  • Rankings determined by total team MEPS

Nutrition & Accountability (30%)

  • Weekly nutrition tracking via the FitClub App

  • Bonus points for completing weekly team accountability tasks

Do I need a MyZone belt?

Yes. MEPS are tracked via MyZone and capped at 14,000 per person.
 

What if I can’t attend the kickoff?

You can still participate! Just make sure your check-in and InBody scan are complete before MEPS start counting on Sept 20.
 

Do all team members need to be FitClub members?

No β€” teams can be a mix of members and non-members.
 

How do I earn accountability points?

Track your nutrition in the FitClub App and complete weekly team tasks assigned by your coach.
