What is The Revolution Challenge?

Participants in the 2024 Revolution Challenge lost a combined total of 174.8 lbs of fat and gained a total of 30.3 lbs of muscle!

What Is the Revolution Challenge?

This is our second year of a challenge that’s changing lives. Starting September 1-6, 2025, you’ll commit to a 9-month transformation journey designed to help you:

  • Build sustainable lifestyle changes

  • See measurable results with InBody scans & progress tracking

  • Stay accountable with expert coaching & community support

  • Compete for the $500 top transformation prize

How It Works

1️⃣ Kickoff: Complete your initial InBody scan, measurements, photos, and set your goals.
2️⃣ The Journey: 3 Check-ins during the 9 months with your coach - Beginning, Middle and End. Talk with your coach about the many options that FitClub offers, however, joining FitClub is not a requirement to participate in The Revolution Challenge.
3️⃣ The Final Push: Make every day count as you approach the May 26 finish line.
4️⃣ Celebrate the Winner: One male and one female participant takes home $500 based on the best body composition change.

How to Win


To be eligible for the prize, you must:

🔴 Complete initial and final InBody scans

🔴 Take before and after measurements & photos

🔴 Show the biggest transformation in body composition


Who Can Join?

Everyone is welcome!
You don’t have to be a Snap Fitness or FitClub member — this challenge is open to:

  • Current members of Snap Fitness or FitClub - Elk River or Rogers

  • Previous Team Challenge participants

  • Anyone new who’s ready to commit

Not a member yet? No problem — we’ll get you set up with the access you need to crush it.

Winnings

One male and one female winner will each take home $500!

Your body composition and percentage of change will be the determining factors for the winners. However, measurements and photos are required to be eligible to win.


How to Win:

To be eligible to win, you must have the following: 
  • A beginning and an end InBody scan (this is the only form of body composition we will allow; no at-home measurements). We will use body composition and your percentage of change to determine the male and female winners.
  • While body composition is the main factor for determining the winners, you must also have measurements (chest, waist, and hip) and before/after pictures to be eligible to win.

Rules

Disclaimer: The only allowed body composition measurement tools are the Elk River or Rogers InBody scanners.

Initial Meeting with Coach:

Must occur between 9/1-9/6. No exceptions, before or after these dates. This is a hard cut-off. Only one scan is allowed!

Consistent Scan Times:

Your scan-in and scan-out must be done at the same time of day. For example, if you scan in on September 2 at 5 PM, your scan-out must also be at 5 PM or later.

Final Meeting with Coach:

Must occur between 5/26-5/29. No exceptions, before or after these dates. This is a hard cut-off. Only one scan is allowed!

Eligibility to Win:

You must complete both your initial and final InBody scans during the specified timeframes.
You must also have before and after measurements and photos taken to be eligible to win.

You are allowed to join both The Revolution Challenge and the team challenges (more details to come).
