Easter is the celebration of the greatest comeback in history.

On Friday, Jesus bore the weight of the world, and on Sunday, He rose—defeating death itself. No force could hold Him down. No burden was too heavy. Jesus is the greatest deadlifter of all time.

Now, it’s your turn to rise. Will you step up to the challenge? 💪🔥

💪 Divisions & Scoring – A True Test of Strength

We’ve changed the game—this isn’t just about lifting the most weight. It’s about how strong you are based on your muscle mass!

📊 How It Works:
1️⃣ Get Your InBody Scan – Every competitor will start with an InBody scan to measure their muscle mass.
2️⃣ Lift Your Max Deadlift – You’ll have three attempts to hit your highest deadlift.
3️⃣ Your Strength Score = Max Deadlift ÷  Muscle Mass

  • Example: If you deadlift 200 lbs and have 100 lbs of muscle, your score is 2.000.
4️⃣ Highest Strength Score Wins!

🚀 This format makes it fair for everyone—men, women, novice, or elite!

🔎 Fun Fact: In our test run, the ladies had a competitive edge over the guys! Women typically have less muscle than men but still pack serious strength. 💥

What’s Included in Your Registration? ($50 Entry Fee)

A Competition Training Plan – A structured training program delivered via our Snap FitClub app to help you peak for competition day

A Limited-Edition Event T-Shirt – A bold design you can wear with pride long after the challenge is over.

Faith & Purpose

Easter is about resurrection—Jesus conquered death, rising from the grave. Now, we rise in strength and spirit.

Your Own Comeback

Maybe something in you needs to rise. Maybe something needs to die so you can become fully alive. Step up and lift with purpose!

How the Competition Works

Step 1: Register & Train
Sign up and start training! You can follow the program provided with this challenge or train your own way.

🏋️ Step 2: Lift Your Max
The goal is simple: Deadlift the heaviest weight you can for one rep!

💪 What’s a Deadlift?
A deadlift is lifting a 45lb straight bar loaded with weight from the ground to a fully locked-out standing position.

What to Expect on Resurrection Challenge Day

🔹 10-Minute Time Slot – You’ll have 10 minutes to work up to your max deadlift.

🔹 Judging & Commands – Wait for the judge’s signal to lift and confirmation of a completed rep before lowering the bar.

🔹 Warm-Up & Prep Area – A dedicated space will be available for warming up, stretching, and getting mentally ready before your attempt.

Arrive at least 10 - 20 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you're ready to lift!
